Hi, my name is Wyatt. I play baseball for the PAHS team. I enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, playing sports, and playing video games. I decided to join the Publications Staff because when I am older I want to be a sports announcer for Major League Baseball.

Former Crimson Tide baseball player Travis Blankenhorn is rounding third and heading home looking to score a run. Blankenhorn was placed on the Minnesota Twins 40-man roster. Blankenhorn said, “It felt good knowing I was starting my pro career. It was something I was working for ever since I was a little kid.”

Senior Payton Tomlinson runs down field looking to make a play. She played for the PAHS soccer program all four years of her high school career. Tomlinson said, “The thing I will miss the most about high school soccer will be the team. I have been playing soccer with some of these girls since second grade and it will be hard to leave that part of my life in the past. The soccer team was and will always be my family. I will miss seeing these girls everyday and creating memories on the field.”

On the morning of Friday October 25, senior players gave away their home jerseys to a teacher that inspired them during their time at PAHS. This is one of many traditions that the seniors participate in to wrap up their time as high school football players. Senior Noah Lecher said, "The part I'm going to miss most is playing with my teammates because we are all so close and have had each others' backs through a lot of hard times over the past six years."

Senior Madison Dalton shot her first deer of the deer archery season. Dalton has been hunting for several years and hoped for the coming seasons. “My favorite part about hunting is sitting in the wilderness for hours and watching animals do their thing, in the wild-completely unaware of my presence. There is absolutely nothing cooler than that and I also love being able to spend quality time with my dad.”
