Elizabeth Garraway, Editor-in-Chief

Hi! My name is Elizabeth Garraway and I am currently a senior at PAHS. I am an editor-in-chief for The Castle and Tide Lines Online. Outside the publications room, I am a member of Drama Club, AID, Majorettes, Choir, Sketch Club, Blight Club, and Quill and Scroll. One thing many people don’t know about me is that I am also a competitive dancer at Artists in Motion Performing Arts. My favorite style of dance is musical theater, and I dance 13 hours a week. I hope you enjoy our website! :)

HELPING - Seniors Kalie Tobin and Matilyn Ashfield, Sketch Club members, volunteer their time to manage the refreshments at the Family Paint Nite. The PASD art department raised enough money to cover the cost of art supplies for the rest of the school year. “I really enjoyed helping out. I feel like these events bring the community together. I would volunteer again. I think it is a good thing to do for the school,” senior Kalie Tobin said.

FIGHT- Mr. Nathan Halenar and Mr. Cody Blankenhorn help fight against childhood cancer by having a boxing match as part of the Mini-THON fundraiser. Students cheered on their favorite teacher. At the end of the fight, Mr. Blankenhorn won.

Her family established a scholarship in her memory. “This scholarship was set up to help majorettes pay for college and remember all the good she tried to do for them. We are thinking of giving each senior some money to help more people instead of one big winner. With all the donations, my family and I are very thankful and it is a nice way to remember her by helping the kids she loved to help,” junior Collin Ebling said.
