You could have all your technique down but when it comes to yourself mentally, you could crack at the pressure. The girls swim team stands proud on the podium knowing they made history as the first district runner ups. Overall the girls scored a 242 in the team event. Katie Painter says, “Being able to compete in districts was a great experience. With the new change, came more opportunities to swim and compete and allowed for a really wonderful day packed with many memories.”

I also wanted to improve my degree of difficulty and throw harder dives.
