Congratulations to Pottsville’s male Scholar Athlete this year, Luke Schane. Luke gave some insight details on what it takes to be a scholar athlete.  Luke states in the most recent interview that he plays Varsity Football, Baseball, and this year just started on the Bocce Ball team. He states that his favorite sport would have to be football.

Luke says his school schedule is pretty heavy with two AP classes, AP English Language Comp. and AP government. He states that he excels and puts in most effort to AP language and composition class with Mr. Andrew Smink.

When asked how he balances his schedule and sports, Schane said that he has to find time in between his sports and other activities to study and work on homework.
