Lengel students visit Majestic Theatre
It was a long walk, but it was worth it. On Friday, October 18, the 7th and 8th graders took a trip to the Majestic Theatre as a PBIS event as a reward for good behavior. The students were rewarded with watching the movie “Hocus Pocus” and were treated to popcorn as well. While the 7th and 8th graders were on the trip, the 5th and 6th graders were treated to scary stories told by Mr. Maley in the auditorium here at school and a showing of “Toy Story of Terror.”
8th grader Hannah Martician said, “It was a great experience, and people who don’t experience the theatre got a new point of view.”
The trip was fun and the students had a great time. The 5th and 6th graders will get to take the same trip in the spring. Hopefully in the future we will have more great field trips like this.
