Mr. Anthony is new to Pottsville Area School District. He enjoys Pottsville because he thinks it seems like a very big school, but there is such a strong sense of family – it’s easy to feel very welcome. Mr. Anthony teaches 7th grade Ancient Civilization and 8th grade American History. He likes teaching both subjects because they are equally fun topics to teach. Before he came to Pottsville, he thought at Schuylkill Technology Center (Vo-Tech). He came to Pottsville because there is a strong sense of school pride. Mr. Anthony wouldn’t change anything about the school because he loves the school atmosphere. If he could live in one place in the world it would be Greece. His favorite sport is golf and his favorite team is Penn State, which is where he went to college! #weare

If Mr. Anthony could live in any era in history it would be in the Ancient Roman Empire because it was one of the largest Empires in history. Lastly, Mr. Anthony sees himself at DHH Lengel Middle School teaching 7th and 8th grade social studies in ten years. That was the tale of the great Social Studies teacher named Mr. Anthony!
