The SATs are all year round, but the most popular time to take them starts now. PAHS students are hard at work studying, preparing, and tutoring for the test. The SAT’s are used for college admissions so many students find this time extremely difficult and stressful.

The school does many things to help students prepare for the test. Like informing students of all test dates, practice tests, and many other resources to help achieve a high score.  If you are looking to take the SATs, taking classes such as College Math Concepts and College English Concepts are extremely helpful. Both classes practice questions and vocabulary on the SAT.

One of our guidance counselors, Mrs. Kayla Dean also showed us apps and programs to search. When you search College board, you can click on practice and preparation. This includes Khan Academy and Amazon Textbooks. All these resources are free for student use. All upcoming dates for testing of 2025 are March 8,  April 18, May 3, and June 7. If you are looking to register all SAT test dates, have registration dates as well.
