On Friday, September 15th, PAHS sent out a Google form for each class to select their representatives. Everyone in each class except the freshman, voted for who they wanted to represent them. After everyone voted, the person who got the majority of votes won the election.
The sophomore class officers include Justine Siminitus as President, Brody Herndon as Vice President, Peyton Eckert as Secretary and Maggie Colna as Treasurer.
These students have the opportunity to represent their class and have a say of what they want the year to look like. To be able to run in the election, you have to get a certain amount of signatures from students in your class as well as three teacher signatures are needed.
The junior class officers include Lauren Goodman as President, Ryan March as Vice President, Gavin Woodward as Secretary and Cullen Clarke as Treasurer.
“I enjoy being a part of my classes’ officers because I like to have a say in decisions that will help us have a great school year,” Armonia Paniagua said. “Being a class officer to me isn’t so much a title as it’s a way to connect with my fellow classmates and get their opinions, views and ideas shared.”
The senior class officers include Samarra Reedy as President, Mim Albertini as Vice President, Armonia Paniagua as Secretary and Madison Thomas as Treasurer.
