The Corona Virus has everyone on edge, people scavenging for food at stores and for some reason taking all the toilet paper. Staying clean is a need recently due to the virus, but that doesn’t mean people can’t enjoy what they like to do during their free time, virus or not. One student in particular likes to draw on her free time, and freshman Emily Lucas is not letting this virus stop her from doing what she loves.

1. What was the reason for drawing this?

I’ve always had an interest in nature and I thought it’d be fun to try and improve the quality of my flowers.

2. Was there a specific reason for drawing a flower, or did you just draw it out of boredom from the break?

I did draw it out of boredom but also to improve the look of my flowers and somewhat of the shading.

3. Is this the only thing you have drawn over the Corona break? And if so, do you think you’ll be drawing some more?

I most likely will be drawing more but for now that’s the only thing I have drawn over the break so far.
