- I started playing softball when I was in 3rd grade and I loved it ever since

- I’ve been playing softball for 8-9 years now
- What is your favorite position?
- My favorite position is pitcher.
- What is your favorite softball memory from your high school career so far?
- My favorite memory so far is the bus ride home from when we won the district semifinal game against Bangor. No one expected us to win so it felt amazing coming home with that win.
- Would you rather live in a really hot place (desert) or a really cold place (Antarctic)?
- I would rather live somewhere really cold because I like to sit inside with a heavy blanket and just relax.
- What is your message for anyone thinking about joining the softball team?
- No matter what anyone says, just do your best! Don’t let anyone discourage you from being the best you can be.
- Have you ever played any other sports? If so, what sports?
- For a few years I played volleyball up until freshman year.
- What is your favorite thing to do at practice?
- My favorite part of practice is when we get to play little games during drills. It makes doing the same drills everyday a little easier and more fun.
- What is your least favorite thing to do at practice?
- My least favorite part of practice is having to repeat drills multiple times.
- Who has had the biggest impact on you during softball?
- My parents have been my biggest supporters, especially my dad. Growing up, my dad always took me aside for extra practice and I would not be where I am today without both of my parents.
- What’s your go to pregame snack?
- My favorite pregame snack is either gummies or cheez itz.
- What’s your favorite food?
- My favorite food is pizza.
- Favorite type of animal?
- My favorite type of animal is an elephant.
- Favorite type of music?
- My favorite type of music is pop.
- How do you prepare for a softball game?
- Before every game I prepare myself by listening to my favorite music to get me in the right mindset.
- Do you plan on playing softball after high school?
- I plan on finishing out the summer by playing the travel ball season after my senior year but I do not plan on playing at the collegiate level.
- What are your future plans after high school?
- After high school, I plan on going to college and getting a degree in medical imaging.
- What do you want to go to college for?
- I want to go to college for medical imaging.
- What is your future dream job?
- My dream job would be to work in the radiology department of a children’s hospital.
