How did you decide what objects to use in the photos?

Because I like sharks.

Which photo do you like more: black or white?

I like the black one because the object appears brighter and the photo is more crisp.

What do you think of photography so far?

It’s interesting to learn new things. I didn’t know how to work a camera.

How did you decide what objects to use in the photos?

I like flowers. I was trying to go for a sun effect, bright. I was trying to create symmetry; I put three [buttons] at the top because I was trying to make the flower look like a sun.

Which photo do you like more: black or white?

The black one. You can see the contrast better, I think. You can see the objects more clearly. GS

What is one word you’d use to describe the photos?

Authentic.

How did you decide what objects to use in the photos?

I was just going to use the leaves, but Miss. Boncore said we could use rocks, and it would look really pretty.

How did you decide to cut hearts into the leaves?

I don’t know. I have a tree with the leaves in the backyard, and a hole puncher. I thought it would be creative to use it.

What was the assignment about?

So, we were assigned to pick some objects, and we were meant to use them to cast shadows that we were developing the paper with.
