Movie Review: “Elf”
The movie “Elf” came to theaters on November 7, 2003. It came out on DVD on November 16, 2004. “Elf” is now considered a Christmas classic. I would consider “Elf” as a funny, entertaining, and enjoyable family movie.
“Elf” is personally one of my favorite holiday movies to watch. I love “Elf,” and would give it a five-star rating because it is such a funny comedy to put you in the holiday spirit. It also teaches a lesson of love.
The main characters in “Elf” are Buddy the Elf and Walter Hobbs, his biological father. The supporting characters are Emily Hobbs, Michael Hobbs, Jovie, Papa Elf, and Santa Claus. This movie mainly takes place in New York City at Christmastime. The main event in “Elf” is that Buddy travels to New York City from the North Pole to reunite with his birth father, Walter Hobbs.
To conclude, I highly recommend that you watch “Elf.” Make sure that if you see elf on TV or if you have it on DVD, that you grab your favorite movie snacks and enjoy this movie with your family and friends!
