Ms. Focht is a new teacher to DHH Lengel, and she teaches life skills in room 105. You might remember her from last year as being our building substitute. She was hired full time this year as a special education teacher.

Ms. Focht chose to teach special education because she loves working with kids. Her favorite color is pink, and her least favorite color is red. She loves to play with her one-year-old daughter, Teagan, and she also enjoys painting. She attended Kutztown University and Alvernia University, which are both in the Reading area.

Ms. Focht loves teaching life skills because she loves teaching kids and being able to help them with anything they need. She loves her job because she wants to have a good bond with every student in her class, and hopes they trust her. You might see her and her students pushing the Crimson Coffee cart down the hallways — make sure to say “hello” to Ms. Focht!
